When the company wants to  manufacture of  car they  first prepare the exterior  parts like rear bumper, body panel, trims, front panel. After preparing these, the workers are installed the interior parts. This is known as assembling process, workers are attached the parts to cars. In this the conveyor moves on that the exterior part of the car is placed, this moves at certain speed.while the car moves on conveyor belt the workers are ready to fit the interior parts like meters and air conditioners. The doors are removed to make easier to work inside the car. And using the RakuRaku seat its made so easier work can be done inside the car while sitting. This rakuraku seat is prepared by a workers idea.after, windows are fitted  to car by some automated machines. Next, the Engine, under the bonnet parts are installed.the workers are make sure to check the production instruction sheet so,they dont install any wrong parts. This is very important, they divide  under the bonnet parts are in a,b,c they checked more than twice. After completing this the wheels are ready to attached by a machine the workers just check the wheels are fitted in correct position or not. If any problem arises while fitting, the team leader  solves that by stopping the conveyor be.
Now the seats are installed by a robots, because these are heavier and cant do by the workers.the workers are good at detailed works like installing the headlights and windshield wipers. Finally ,the doors are attached by machines.
